Monday & Tuesday exercise:
Monday: Treadmill, 30 mins., 2.3 mph
Tuesday: Skipped the gym, too busy crying over horrid haircut
Monday food:
Breakfast: Bowl of Raisin Bran Crunch w/ Silk Vanilla Soy Milk PLUS Fiber
Lunch: Wendy’s Ceasar Side Salad, Sour Cream & Chive Baked Potato, and Small Frosty.
Dinner: Awesome Asian Chicken Salad that I make. Fresh spinach, mandarin oranges, and chow mein noodles, tossed with reduced-fat Asian Toasted Sesame dressing, topped with cubed chicken browned in same dressing. My whole family loves this salad. Reduced-fat ice cream sandwich for dessert.
Snacks: 2 slices White Wheat toast w/ ICBINB light olive oil spread.
Tuesday food:
Breakfast: Whole wheat bagel w/ light herb-garlic cream cheese. Cran-Raspberry Diet Snapple.
Lunch: 1/2 package Sweet & Spicy Tuna w/ 2% cottage cheese and Fire-Roasted Tomato Triscuits. (I’m totally hooked on this new flavor.)
Dinner (after I’d stopped crying over hair and stress-induced headache and nausea had subsided): Moe’s Southwest Grill burrito-in-a-bowl (meaning no tortilla). Rice, black beans, marinated grilled tofu, cheese, and extra pico de gallo (so I get a full serving of veggies). A few tortilla chips. Ice water.
Snacks: Handful of bite-size Nutter Butter cookies. Plus lots of Crystal Light to drink all day.

No update today – I drove my daughter to summer camp, which pretty much took up the whole day.
